Not necessarily. Most clients set up self-entry with a key, lockbox, or code, or have their building staff let us up. If you'd rather be there yourself, just say so at checkout.
Who's actually coming into my home?
A small, consistent crew — every member is background-checked before their first visit, and Miro is fully licensed and insured for work in Palm Beach County.
What if I have a half window or an odd-shaped pane?
Round up to the nearest half. Our calculator only accepts whole and half numbers for exactly this reason — it keeps quoting fast and fair.
Can I change my subscription frequency or cancel?
Yes, any time. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can pause, reschedule, or cancel from your confirmation email before your next visit.
